AIG is seeking a Financial Lines Analyst to join our Early Career Program in Dubai. You will start your career within a key line like Financial Lines, receiving on-the-job training alongside a structured two-year development program through the AIG Academy. Your role involves supporting underwriting activities and interacting with brokers and customers internationally.

What You'll Do

Support and independently review risks.
Prepare customized offers for national and international customers.
Work with a high level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial drive within a team.
Communicate in English with local and foreign brokers, customers, and colleagues within the international network.
Collaborate on interdepartmental and strategic projects.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Law, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, or Risk Management.
Graduation in 2025 or 2026.
Motivation by innovation and novelty.
Readiness for a steep learning curve and agile comprehension skills.
Ability to work in a team and willingness to make decisions.
Very good English language skills.
MS Office skills.

Nice to Have

Initial work experience through internships, ideally in the insurance sector.
