Responsibilities
- Assess participant needs through active listening and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Provide guidance to Spanish-speaking individuals using phone, video conferencing, email, and messaging platforms
- Deliver follow-up materials summarizing discussions and outlining subsequent actions
- Coordinate ongoing counseling sessions as needed
- Develop and share educational content through webinars, brief videos, written articles, and other formats
- Refer complex inquiries to senior financial guide team members when necessary
- Participate in training and coaching to maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings, industry developments, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry or financial coaching
- Hold a recognized professional credential such as AFC® or CFP®
- Strong organizational abilities and clear communication skills
- Capable of working independently with little oversight
- Quick to adapt to and use new software tools, including CRM systems like Salesforce
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Fluent in Spanish with professional-level speaking and writing proficiency

- This is a contractor role; you will not be eligible for employee benefits
- You will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws as an independent contractor
- Your Money Line may reimburse certain professional certification fees (e.g., AFCPE annual certification fee) as outlined in the contractor agreement

- Expectation to respond within one (1) business day of receiving an assignment
