Hologram is hiring a Financial Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure financial integrity for its global gaming hardware and digital subscriptions business. You will oversee all aspects of the financial close process, audits, and financial statement integrity.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring all deadlines are met within a strict 10-day global close window.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate, compliant financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
Manage annual statutory audits, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Maintain robust internal controls, documentation, and reconciliation processes across all entities and regions.
Supervise general ledger, AP, AR, and revenue accounting teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in financial reporting.
Analyze financial results and variances, providing insight into operational performance and risk areas.
Partner with FP&A and leadership to ensure that financial outcomes align with strategic business objectives.
Drive continuous process improvement and automation to support scalability and data integrity.
Champion a culture of ownership, accuracy, and accountability within the finance organization.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
3–5 years in a controllership or leadership capacity at a global D2C, consumer hardware, or technology company.
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification required.
Proven track record of managing tight close processes (≤10 days) and completing audits on schedule and within budget.
Deep understanding of financial statement preparation, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.
Expertise in ERP systems and advanced proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across global teams and time zones.
