Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the financial close process and deliver timely reporting
- Manage relationships with auditors and external stakeholders
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities across departments
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Maintain internal controls and ensure financial governance
- Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and variances
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial outcomes
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
- Support tax reporting and coordination with tax advisors
- Ensure accurate intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Manage balance sheet reviews and accruals
- Provide financial input into strategic initiatives
- Work closely with senior management on financial planning
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Support regulatory reporting obligations
- Maintain documentation for financial audits
- Contribute to system implementation and optimization projects
- Ensure data integrity across financial platforms
- Prepare board-level financial reports
- Support special projects as required by executive leadership
