Produbanco is hiring a Financial Control Specialist to coordinate, supervise, and consolidate complete, timely, and reliable managerial information for financial decision-making. This role is oriented toward fulfilling the strategic objectives of the Bank and its subsidiary companies.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate, supervise, consolidate, and evaluate the budget for Produbanco and its subsidiary companies.
- Control, review, and coordinate the exchange of managerial information with Promerica Financial Corporation (PFC).
- Control and coordinate the exchange of information with the Superintendency of Banks, Central Bank of Ecuador, Risk Rating Agencies, and other control bodies.
- Evaluate and manage compliance with Covenants from Multilateral Organizations and Foreign Financial Institutions.
- Evaluate and coordinate the implementation of financial strategies to maximize profits for the Bank and its subsidiaries.
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise the transformation of local financial statements to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Perform any functions corresponding to being appointed a member of Paritary Organizations, Emergency Brigades, or Committee and Subcommittee functions, as described in the Internal Safety and Health Regulations.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of internal or external experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in ECONOMICS or FINANCE.
- Experience in managerial information: management, review, evaluation, and coordination.
- Experience in budgets: evaluation and management.
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate Degree / Master's in BANKING AND FINANCE or ADMINISTRATION.
