Ingram Micro is looking for a Financial Business Partner (FP&A) to serve as a financial strategist and business catalyst for our US Sales Channel BU. This role acts as a consultant and thought leader to drive business performance, requiring an entrepreneurial, sales-focused approach to finance. You'll be embedded in the business to help teams execute growth strategies and maximize financial outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, challenging assumptions and influencing decision-making with a commercial mindset.
- Proactively uncover risks and opportunities to drive profitability and optimize working capital.
- Help teams execute growth strategies, pricing models, and deal structures that maximize financial outcomes.
- Support the annual budget process, monthly forecasts, and provide ongoing financial insights linking performance to strategy.
- Take full ownership of financial outcomes, anticipate challenges, and drive data-driven decision-making to optimize results.
What We're Looking For
- Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
- Minimum 10 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position-specific experience.
- Strong business acumen with a sales-driven finance mindset.
- Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills to guide decision-making.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with sales teams, vendors, and business leaders.
- Entrepreneurial problem-solving—proactively identifies and addresses business risks and opportunities.
- Ownership mentality—takes full responsibility for financial outcomes and performance improvements.
- Key competencies: Financial Acumen, Drives Results, and Situational Adaptability.
Nice to Have
- Commercial finance experience in B2B, distribution, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
Team & Environment
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

- Compensation: USD $100,500.00 - $170,900.00 per year.
