Mass General Brigham is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform specialized imaging procedures and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. You will operate advanced imaging equipment and collaborate with medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
What You'll Do
- Perform advanced imaging procedures including fluoroscopy, angiography, and other specialized modalities.
- Operate imaging equipment, ensuring proper technique, positioning, and image quality for accurate diagnosis.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and addressing concerns.
- Monitor patient comfort and safety during procedures, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
- Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment, performing routine checks and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sterilized, and functioning properly according to hospital protocols.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required.
- Radiologic Technologist state license required.
Nice to Have
- Registered Technologist (ARRT-R) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists preferred.
