Atlas Copco is looking for a Financial Business Analyst to join our team in Wilrijk, Belgium. In this role, you will combine expertise in accounting, controlling, and systems within our international environment to enhance financial transparency and support operational excellence. You will contribute directly to the financial follow-up of our Airpower Service Center and serve as a key finance lead for our SAP implementation.

What You'll Do

Support daily operations and financial follow-up for the Airpower Service Center reporting entity.
Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within defined deadlines.
Act as the primary interface between the service center and diverse stakeholders.
Serve as the business process lead for finance in the ongoing SAP implementation.
Provide management with ad-hoc analyses on performance, focusing on transport costs, functional cost development, and stock evolution.
Perform cost controlling activities to improve financial insight and operational efficiency.
Drive reporting automation through Power BI dashboards and eliminate waste in existing reporting processes.
Continuously review and improve routines to maintain an accurate and up-to-date Airpower Service Center Management System.
Participate in Group and ISO internal audits, providing necessary documentation and analyses.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of professional experience in accounting and/or business control.
Thorough knowledge of Accounting to Reporting and Finance to Manage processes.
A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Proven experience with ERP systems, GPS, and advanced Excel functionalities.
Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboarding and financial reporting automation.
Fluency in English.
Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a complex, fast-moving business environment.
