Wizards of the Coast is hiring a Financial Analyst Intern at the Skeleton Key studio to support Operations within Hasbro's Global Toys, Games, Licensing, and Entertainment division. This role partners cross-functionally to provide financial insights that drive efficiency, performance, and strategic decision-making across the global portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Meet with stakeholders in finance to understand existing operational processes.
- Document ‘as is’ and future state processes and procedures.
- Assemble and summarize data, prepare reports, and create presentations of findings and recommendations.
- Assist with the operational implementation of updated or new processes.
- Research industry best practices and conduct benchmark analysis.
- Assist in drafting business policies and communications.
- Support the global finance operations team on other ad hoc projects.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across several stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognize relevant facts for process documentation and ask thoughtful questions.
- Finance and business curiosity with a detail-oriented approach.
- Must be currently enrolled in college courses with at least one semester left after Spring 2026.
- Must be available to work full time.
