Remote Recruitment is looking for a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making processes. In this remote role, you will analyse financial data, develop forecasts, and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance. What You'll Do
- Analyse financial statements and data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Track KPIs and prepare dashboards and performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance and support decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance by comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets.
- Support in identifying cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial analysis or management accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Experience using financial systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting platforms.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop suitable for remote work.
