About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be the key figure for budgeting, expense control, and financial transparency within the operations. Your work will directly support decision-making and help establish a culture of financial discipline in the company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, affiliate, media buying, etc.) to set and manage departmental budgets
- Perform plan-vs-actual analysis, build dashboards, identify and explain variances
- Track and verify departmental spending, affiliate payments, and bonus structures
- Update and support existing financial models provided by management
- Deliver weekly and monthly financial presentations and operational summaries
- Assess cost structures of PSPs, simulate cost impact scenarios
- Work with CRM, affiliate, support, and creative departments on shared financial initiatives
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or controlling
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, reconciliations
- Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, proactive approach
- English: b1
Nice to Have
- Background in Big Four (especially audit/transaction services)
- Experience in digital B2C or iGaming business models
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) — user level
