Responsibilities
- Calculate monthly and quarterly provider productivity and quality metrics that influence compensation adjustments
- Generate financial reports and present findings to senior management and operational leadership
- Communicate and train physicians on compensation structures and incentive programs
- Oversee SG&A reporting and analysis during month-end closing activities
- Investigate business operations to uncover opportunities for cost reduction
- Lead and monitor follow-up actions on SG&A efficiency projects with senior leaders
- Enhance SG&A management reporting with detailed segmentation to support cost tracking and control
- Collaborate with senior operational leaders to define performance metrics and improve decision-making on staffing levels
- Work with departmental and senior leaders to manage budget development and periodic forecasting
- Create cost-benefit evaluations and assess staffing requirements for strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide business strategies and plans
- Conduct in-depth financial and qualitative assessments for potential provider group acquisitions and network agreements
- Execute valuation models, including multi-year discounted cash flow projections and tax return analysis
- Support and supervise the month-end capital accounting close process
- Assist in estimating and monitoring costs for capital projects
- Maintain capital project records, track funding status, and improve related reporting tools
- Respond to and manage ad hoc financial requests and reporting needs from senior management
