Experienced Financial Advisor with an established, transferable book of business is sought to transition to Cross Financial, an independent member of the Crete Professionals Alliance. This role offers significantly higher payout (60–80%+), full ownership of client relationships, and leadership or equity opportunities, all within an efficient, advisor-first platform.
What You'll Do
- Transition your existing book of business to a more efficient, higher-payout platform
- Maintain full ownership and control of client relationships
- Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice aligned to your clients’ needs
- Collaborate with other senior advisors and firm leadership
- Participate in firm growth initiatives, mentorship, and leadership opportunities (optional, not required)
What We're Looking For
- Financial / Wealth Advisors with a transferable book of business
- Wirehouse or bank advisors currently earning ~25–35%
- Independent advisors burdened by inefficiencies and lack of opportunity
- Those with strong client retention and an extensive relationship management track record
- Advisors motivated by better economics, autonomy, and long-term upside
- Collaborative professionals who value flexibility and ownership
- High-level professionals with experience in custodian platforms LPL and/or Schwab

On-Target Earnings: $150K - $600K+Selected advisors may have the opportunity to participate in long-term value creation initiatives, including leadership roles and potential equity participation.Payout range: 60–80%+ based on book size and structure; Top-tier payout bands available for advisors with larger, scalable books; No forced production grids or artificial caps; Uncapped earnings structure directly tied to revenue production and growth
