4 More Capital Partners is looking for a Financial Accounting Analyst to provide critical support for our month-close functions. In this role, you will perform closing, analysis, and reporting while leading key projects.
What You'll Do
- Review and prepare interpretations of accounting transactions and results.
- Prepare financial, business, and process presentations.
- Identify complex accounting problems or workflow issues, research solutions, and implement corrective steps to achieve higher operational efficiency.
- Coordinate, manage, and lead complex projects and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.
Nice to Have
- CMA certification preferred.
- Previous work experience with month-end close processes, account reconciliation, and statutory accounting principles preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $74,520K - $93,150K annually.
