Responsibilities
- Act as a "Finance Engineer" for business leaders, translating complex operational drivers into automated reporting metrics to help them make better strategic decisions
- Architect long-range forecasting models and engines that go beyond static spreadsheets
- Use AI to simulate "what-if" scenarios to help the business navigate short-term volatility and build a resilient, code-based roadmap for the next 3–5 years
- Build and maintain the code-based systems that power the finance engine
- Leverage Claude to write, debug, and optimize complex SQL and Big Query workflows
- Automate real-time dashboards and weekly performance briefings to ensure scalable and automated financial reporting
- Partner with Sales and Media teams to engineer high-leverage Go-To-Market strategies
- Design automated frameworks to track sales velocity, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and pipeline health
- Use AI to model complex incentive structures and ROI simulations that align sales behavior with long-term financial goals
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline
- 5-7+ years of experience in a top tier tech company
- Proven track record of using Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot to amplify output
- Ability to use AI to write better SQL, faster
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously
- Builder mindset
- Proven track record in FP&A or Strategic Finance supporting Sales and Media teams
- Understanding of the nuances of sales velocity, pipeline modeling, and B2B unit economics
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong modeling experience
