Stryker Corporation is seeking a Finance Specialist for its Flex Financial equipment finance group. You will serve as the main finance point of contact in a region, supporting a portfolio of sales representatives. Your role is central to pricing complex proposals, facilitating contracts, and building relationships to drive quota achievement.
What You'll Do
- Price creative and complex finance proposals and templates.
- Facilitate contracts from origination to completion.
- Manage all opportunities under a dollar threshold set by your Regional Finance Manager.
- Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives in specified business units.
- Partner with a Regional Finance Manager to align on an annual business plan and strategy.
- Support the Regional Finance Manager on larger transactions by creating customer proposals and leading deals through each phase.
- Educate sales representatives on the benefits of leasing.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
- Support strong sales rep relationships by consistently coordinating data inputs for all transactions.
- Review and process signed documentation for approximately 30 deals per month.
- Gather information, input data into Salesforce.com, and create proposals for approximately 130 opportunities per month.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).

Team & Environment
You will support a region of 150 sales reps and partner closely with your Regional Finance Manager. The role involves collaboration with product sales representatives, Director-level Finance leaders, Strategic Sales & Marketing teams, Key Account Executives, Corporate Account Managers, and the internal Flex operations team. You will report directly to the Regional Finance Manager.

- Salary range: $60,100 - $121,600
