HireHawk is looking for a Finance Recruiter to source and hire finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies. This remote role requires deep familiarity with finance functions across different business stages, from startups to established organizations. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with clients to ensure business-aligned, high-quality hires.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and recruit finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong finance talent pipelines using sourcing platforms.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for finance roles such as Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Audit.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical expertise, analytical skills, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with clients to understand financial team needs, reporting structures, and hiring priorities.
- Collaborate with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline and progress updates.
- Stay current on finance hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market demand.
