As a Finance Recruiter, you’ll lead the full-cycle recruitment process for finance and accounting positions within U.S.-based organizations. Working remotely from the Philippines, you'll align with U.S. time zones to engage with clients and candidates effectively. Your focus will be on identifying and placing qualified professionals across functions including Corporate Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead job intake discussions and define hiring needs with client teams.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other platforms to proactively source qualified candidates.
- Screen applicants through structured interviews, evaluating technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and team alignment.
- Manage candidate progression from initial contact through offer negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of finance talent tailored to evolving market demands.
- Collaborate with internal compliance and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions for placed candidates.
- Track key recruitment metrics and deliver regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging hiring needs in the U.S. finance sector.
What You Bring
- Proven experience recruiting for finance and accounting roles, particularly within U.S. markets.
- Familiarity with financial functions across startup, growth, and mature-stage companies.
- Strong judgment in assessing technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment from start to finish, meeting client expectations and timelines.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals.

This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, requiring availability during U.S. business hours, preferably Pacific Time.
