HireHawk is hiring a Finance Recruiter to source and place high-caliber finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with clients to understand their financial team needs and deliver business-aligned hires.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and recruit finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job intake, candidate outreach, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong finance talent pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for finance roles such as Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Audit.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical expertise, analytical skills, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with clients to understand financial team needs, reporting structures, and hiring priorities.
- Collaborate with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular pipeline and progress updates.
- Stay current on finance hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market demand.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring finance and accounting professionals for U.S.-based companies.
- Deep familiarity with finance functions across different business stages, from startups to established organizations.
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
