Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for finance and accounting positions within U.S. companies.
- Oversee all stages of recruitment, from initial job scoping to final offer discussions.
- Maintain active pipelines of finance talent using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable.
- Design targeted sourcing plans for roles in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Audit.
- Perform structured candidate interviews to evaluate technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and alignment with team culture.
- Work directly with clients to define hiring goals, team structures, and role expectations.
- Coordinate with compliance and people teams to support onboarding and documentation processes.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and deliver consistent updates on pipeline status and progress.
- Keep informed on evolving trends in finance hiring, salary standards, and labor market conditions
