COTINGA is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team building a national group of property management companies on an AI-enabled platform. You will be responsible for professionalizing our accounting structures, coordinating financial consolidation, and integrating newly acquired companies into the group.
What You'll Do
- Lead coordination with external tax advisors and accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial accounting.
- Support monthly reporting and contribute to performance analysis.
- Coordinate group-wide financial consolidation in close collaboration with tax advisors.
- Professionalize and streamline all accounting and group finance structures.
- Support payroll processes and assist with HR-related topics.
- Work closely with portfolio companies to implement cost-cutting initiatives and address financial inquiries.
- Drive financial integration of newly acquired companies into the group structure.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or controlling.
- Strong knowledge of HGB and national accounting standards.
- Hands-on mentality with a structured, solution-oriented working style.
- Confident communicator with a high level of ownership and reliability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, DATEV, and Personio.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a dynamic environment such as a startup, accounting firm, private equity, or M&A setting.
