ASE Global was looking for a Finance Manager

ASE Global is hiring a Finance Manager to provide strategic thought partnership and drive value through financial optimization, technology, and M&A support. This role moves beyond traditional finance to champion innovation, leverage AI, and support fast-paced growth.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance to drive strategic decisions.
  • Develop KPI frameworks to assess financial health and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.
  • Ensure positive cash flow and long-term profitability across portfolio companies.
  • Work closely with M&A teams on due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Oversee financial close processes, including reporting and compliance.
  • Ensure statutory and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Establish financial internal controls and process optimization strategies.
  • Lead the implementation of NetSuite ERP and other automation initiatives.
  • Champion AI, automation, and workflow tools to improve finance functions.
  • Identify and implement new financial technologies to streamline reporting.
  • Leverage data analytics for predictive financial modeling.
  • Develop financial onboarding plans for newly acquired businesses.
  • Ensure alignment of acquired companies’ accounting policies with Valsoft standards.
  • Support valuation, purchase price allocation, and deferred payment calculations.
  • Establish scalable reporting and governance frameworks post-acquisition.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.

Nice to Have

  • A CPA or CFA designation is an asset.
  • Big 4 or consulting firm experience is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to M&A and financial integrations.
  • Strong understanding of different ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and business technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the office suite.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
