Gramian Consultancy is hiring a Finance Expert for a project with one of the foundational LLM companies. You will help enhance Large Language Models specifically for financial applications, leveraging your domain expertise to improve AI performance in areas like analysis and modeling.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate LLM models to identify areas of finance where performance is lacking.
- Leverage your finance experience to help AI learn how to build models and conduct financial analyses.
- Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on specific finance topics such as deal analysis and M&A assessments.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Research, Trading, Quant, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, FP&A, Accounting, or Financial Consulting.
- A strong grasp of financial concepts relevant to your expertise, such as investment analysis, forecasting, revenue builds, corporate finance, asset management, or risk management.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to commit to 20+ hours per week with schedule overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Nice to Have
- CFA (Level I, II, or III), CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance.
Team & Environment
You will collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods and evaluation strategies.
Work Mode
This is a remote, global role open to qualified candidates in the USA and UK.
