Aon Corporation is hiring a Finance Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will be central to our cash operations and trade payment activities, helping to shape decisions that protect and enrich lives worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Perform weekly brokerage transfers.
- Handle monthly intercompany expense recharge billing.
- Liaise with intercompany parties on billing and payment issues.
- Review and process payments to Insurers, Reinsurers, and Cedants daily.
- Perform Insurer Reconciliation on a quarterly basis.
- Liaise with insurers and servicers on payment discrepancies.
- Maintain Reinsurer and Cedent bank templates in Grids.
- Send Statement of Accounts and GST Report to insurers monthly.
- Upload OFAC to Bridger twice every month.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of finance concepts.
- Attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
