EX Squared is looking for a Finance Director to join our team. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and oversight for our operations. This is a remote role requiring residency in Texas.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and financial risk.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to guide executive decision-making.
- Establish and maintain robust internal financial controls.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position (Director level or higher).
- Expert knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and GAAP.
- Strong track record of managing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
