Cranial Technologies is looking for a Director of Field Operations to lead the execution of operational strategies across our network of brands. You will ensure efficiency, profitability, and scalability while working closely with brand leadership to implement standardized processes and drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee operational success routines across multiple brands to optimize capacity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Develop and execute business plans with brand leadership to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Implement the Guild Group Operating Model to ensure consistency and efficiency across all brands.
- Mentor brand Presidents and leadership teams to enhance their professional growth and leadership capabilities.
- Guide acquired brands through the integration process, ensuring profitability within the first year.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, providing clear and transparent updates to leadership teams.
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure brands meet financial and operational goals.

- Proven leader with experience in multi-unit operations, business leadership, or field operations.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational efficiencies and scaling businesses.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and act on performance data.
