As a Finance Business Analyst, you will play a central role in advancing the efficiency and reliability of financial operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and coordination for finance-driven projects, including developing timelines, tracking progress, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Document current financial processes and contribute to designing optimized workflows that enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Support transactional finance functions such as reconciliations, data validation, expense reviews, and purchase order management.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on financial outputs and recommend improvements to controls and procedures.

Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in project management, financial operations, or process improvement. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with experience using CRM systems, project management platforms, and productivity tools.
