- Track subscription changes and ensure correct billing impact
- Reconcile payment systems with accounting ledgers
- Generate financial reports for internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Work with engineering teams to refine billing infrastructure
- Document operational processes for consistency
- Respond to finance-related requests from internal teams
- Assist in tax reporting preparations
- Verify billing data integrity across platforms
- Coordinate with sales on pricing plan implementations
- Manage credit and refund requests according to policy
- Track financial metrics related to billing performance
