Supabase is looking for a Finance & Billing Operations Specialist to own a high-impact, detail-oriented role at the intersection of finance, billing, and customer operations. This position is critical to keeping revenue operations running smoothly and efficiently as the connective tissue between Sales, Billing, Success, Finance, and Support.

What You'll Do

Own subscription operations by managing manual billing processes for enterprise, HIPAA, and custom contracts in collaboration with Success and Sales.
Support billing-related tickets by helping users resolve payment issues, credit usage, invoices, and other finance-related support requests.
Manage credits and incentives by tracking and applying YC credits, prepaid packages, and other customer incentive programs.
Assist in compliance and audits by supporting financial audits and helping with indirect tax tracking and compliance documentation.
Help reduce churn and missed revenue by supporting the dunning and collections process to ensure accounts stay in good standing.
Streamline and improve processes by identifying gaps in workflows and helping automate or optimize where possible.

What We're Looking For

Based in the United States or an equivalent timezone.
2–4 years experience in billing, finance operations, or revenue operations, preferably at a software or SaaS company.
Strong working knowledge of billing systems, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
Comfortable working with customers and handling billing support.
Self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with indirect tax or financial audits.
Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting for automation.
Worked with customer credits, incentive programs, or collections processes.
