CoverGo is hiring a Finance and Data Analyst (Fully Remote)

CoverGo is looking for a Finance and Data Analyst to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. You’ll work closely with departments like finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards as we work towards our mission of making insurance 100% digital and accessible.

What You'll Do

• Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
• Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
• Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
• Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
• Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks to free up senior team members for strategic work.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing company.
• Continuously learn new tools and adapt to evolving company processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
• At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
• Ability to build and work with financial and data models.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
• A “can-do” mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency.
• Interest in operational efficiency and process optimization.
