Nestlé is hiring a Finance Analyst (Decision Support) to join our Finance Planning team, supporting the finance organization in Quito, Ecuador. In this role, you will provide crucial analytical support by consolidating financial data, managing budgets, and creating presentations that drive business decisions.
What You'll Do
- Review and prepare models for the consolidation, validation, and publication of profit and loss statements and Dynamic Forecasts in the Magnitude (DYN2) package.
- Manage and control budgets for various businesses and functional areas.
- Coordinate the consolidation of impacts and estimates for P&L simulations by reviewing and developing scenarios based on risk and opportunity identification.
- Lead Dynamic Forecast loading activities and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders in the Monthly Business Planning (MBP) process.
- Provide analytical assistance to Business Copilots and functional area Controllers.
- Manage periodic review meetings that impact business units and support areas.
- Support corporate planning and share key knowledge to identify opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Design and create presentations to provide clear visibility on business performance and KPI status.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial analyst or support role.
- Previous hands-on experience with budget management and accounting processes.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency is indispensable.
- Basic Power BI knowledge is indispensable.
- Basic accounting knowledge is indispensable, including understanding of income, expenses, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable analysis.
- Graduate degree in Finance, Administration, International Business, or Economics.
Nice to Have
- Previous knowledge of the financial side of the mass consumption business.
- Basic SAP knowledge.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
