Sunsrce is hiring a Filtration Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for marketing and sales within the Fluid Process SBU. You will coordinate across the organization, work with key filtration suppliers, and expand the product offering to serve key markets effectively.
What You'll Do
- Directly manage Filtration sales, develop and train sales teams, and communicate goals to internal resources.
- Develop a comprehensive market overview and sales plan to achieve sales growth objectives.
- Build a deep understanding of products used within applications and their associated market size.
- Develop and coordinate marketing and sales strategy to leverage Sunsrce value-add solutions for key customers.
- Deliver results by identifying and creating opportunities that drive profitable growth.
- Maintain general knowledge of developments within the Filtration market.
- Engage in regular weekly cadence calls and monthly or quarterly business reviews.
- Develop a complete Filtration product offering.
- Match product and technology to market and application demand.
- Keep up with new products and technologies.
- Identify products needed to pursue capital opportunities.
- Help manage, maintain, and grow strategic supplier relationships.
- Work with key suppliers to foster partnership between their teams and ours.
- Develop a strategic growth plan for Filtration nationally across all market segments.
- Work with and through the Sales Teams and RSM's to drive sales activity and opportunities.
- Mentor and educate the Sales Team on where and how to sell Filtration through planning and targeting sessions.
- Select products to fill a need, solve a problem, or displace a competitor.
- Travel to other regions nationwide for strategy, training, and joint sales calls.
- Develop and facilitate education and training content.
- Create content for marketing campaigns.
- Develop sales aids and tools such as Reed construction, Project tracker, and Filter xref matrices.

Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, sales, or marketing.
- 6+ years of experience within the market space.
- Demonstrated understanding of Filtration systems and solutions within the commercial vehicle industry.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Knowledge and skills to manage changing needs by exhibiting flexibility and cognizance of speed to market.
- Discipline to remain focused on long-range strategy amidst short-term pressures.
- Ability to foster relationships and generate enthusiasm for the overall selling experience.
- Desire for a long-term career in sales leadership and/or business development.
