Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in their homes on a daily basis
- Set up television and smart home technology systems
- Advise residential customers on potential smart home upgrades and integrations
- Inform and onboard clients to available service offerings
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service interactions
