Techtronic Industries Power Equipment (TTI) is looking for a Field Specialist - Riding Mowers to provide best-in-class support for our brand riding mower programs. In this role, you will be the primary field contact, engaging directly with customers and service centers to ensure exceptional service and product performance.
What You'll Do
- Cover a large territory to provide riding mower customer support.
- Diagnose and repair TTI riding mowers directly in the field.
- Recruit and train new service centers for riding mower repair programs.
- Train existing service centers within your territory on current and new riding mower models.
- Act as the subject matter expert on riding mower programs.
- Visit customer residences to diagnose and repair mowers.
- Visit service centers to provide repair assistance when needed.
- Maintain constant communication channels with all TTI stakeholders.
- Conduct phone support for customers and service centers as required.
- Provide performance reports upon request.
- Work with engineering and project management teams on current issues identified in the field.
- Keep your company-provided work vehicle and tools organized and clean.
What We're Looking For
- Must be mechanically inclined; specific rider repair training will be provided.
- Must possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have the ability and desire to satisfy consumers and end-users with minimal guidance or management intervention.
- Empathy and the ability to relate to customers is necessary.
- Ability to manage extensive travel within your territory, including some overnight stays.

- Prior presenting and/or training skills.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the engagement center in Anderson, S.C.
Work Mode
This position requires you to be based in the remote Waco area where you will conduct local field operations.
