Techtronic Industries Power Equipment (TTI) is looking for a Field Specialist - Riding Mowers to provide best-in-class support for our brand programs. In this role, you will be the key field-based expert, engaging directly with customers and service centers across your assigned territory to ensure exceptional product performance and service.
What You'll Do
- Cover a large territory to provide comprehensive customer support for riding mowers.
- Diagnose and repair TTI riding mowers directly in the field.
- Recruit and train new service centers for our riding mower repair programs.
- Train existing service centers within your territory on current and new mower models.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for riding mower programs.
- Visit customer residences to diagnose and repair mowers.
- Visit service centers when needed to provide repair assistance.
- Maintain constant communication channels with all internal TTI teams.
- Conduct phone support for customers and service centers as required.
- Provide detailed performance reports when requested.
- Work with engineering and project management teams on identified issues.
- Keep the company-provided work vehicle and tools organized and clean.

Team & Environment
You will work closely with the engagement center located in Anderson, S.C.
Work Mode
This is a field-based remote position. You will cover the Milwaukee area.
