Miele was looking for a Junior Customer Specialist & Product Trainer with German

Miele is hiring a Junior Customer Specialist & Product Trainer with German to support the Miele Group through centralized customer and training processes. You will play a key role in providing direct sales support and building internal product knowledge within our organization.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and conduct live video calls and chats with customers interested in purchasing household appliances.
  • Provide expert product advice, create offers, finalize sales, and handle customer complaints.
  • Conduct internal product training sessions for company employees.
  • Monitor stock levels of appliances, products, and materials.
  • Ensure the virtual experience center is kept in good condition and presentable.

What We're Looking For

  • A very good level of German (C1) in both speech and writing.
  • A very good level of English (B2+) in both speech and writing.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and sensitivity to consumer needs.
  • Strong ability to acquire new and detailed product knowledge, including openness to reading technical drawings.

Nice to Have

  • Professional experience in sales or customer service.
