TaskUs is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our AI Safety Services team. As the first voice prospects hear, you'll turn curiosity about safe AI into qualified opportunities to help labs and AI-enabled enterprises discover best-in-class services.
What You'll Do
- Consistently hit monthly targets for sales-accepted leads and first meetings booked.
- Convert inbound interest quickly and run focused outbound plays when pipeline needs a boost.
- Qualify inbound leads using discovery questions that tease out technical scope, risk drivers, and buying timelines.
- Build short, targeted lists of AI labs, hyperscalers, and fast-growing apps; craft personalized sequences via internal tools, LinkedIn, and email.
- Secure calendar time for Account Executives and Solutions Engineers; prep them with detailed call notes and prospect context.
- Surface prospect pains and trends to Marketing, Product, and Solutions to inform the roadmap.
- Track daily AI-safety headlines, regulations, and tooling updates; translate buzz into relevant talking points.
- Log activity, enrich accounts, and report on conversion so GTM leadership can forecast with confidence.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of professional work in any field that proves reliability—sales, support, operations, retail, hospitality, or military service all count.
- Comfort juggling multiple tasks, hitting deadlines, and using productivity tools like Google Workspace and a basic CRM.
- Customer or client-facing exposure where you listened, probed, and solved problems.
