Techtronic Industries Power Equipment is hiring a Field Specialist to provide best-in-class support for our riding mower programs. This role is remote and based in the Kansas City area. You will be the face of our brands in the field, engaging directly with customers and service centers to ensure exceptional product performance and support.
What You'll Do
- Cover a large territory to provide riding mower customer support.
- Diagnose and repair TTI riding mowers directly in the field.
- Recruit and train new service centers for our riding mower repair programs.
- Train existing service centers within your territory on current and new riding mower models.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our riding mower programs.
- Visit customer residences to diagnose and repair mowers.
- Visit service centers to provide on-site repair assistance when needed.
- Maintain constant, open communication channels with all relevant TTI teams.
- Conduct phone support for customers and service centers.
- Provide performance reports when requested.
- Work with engineering and project management teams on current issues identified in the field.
- Keep the company-provided work vehicle and tools organized and clean.
What We're Looking For
- You must be mechanically inclined.
- You must demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- You must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- You must have the ability and desire to satisfy consumers and end-users with little guidance or management intervention.
- Empathy and the ability to relate to customers is necessary.

- Prior presenting and/or training skills.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the engagement center in Anderson, S.C.
Work Mode
This is a remote position requiring local travel. You must be based in and able to work throughout the Kansas City area.
