Pitney Bowes is hiring a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional client service and technical support for our shipping and mailing technology. In this remote, field-based role, you will cover the Tri-Cities area of Washington, ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Repair and troubleshoot both hardware and software solutions, minimizing client callbacks.
Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment, and train clients on its use.
Cover a multi-zip code territory within 4 hours of the Tri-Cities area, with up to 80% driving time.
Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Always maintain a safe and clean work environment.

What We're Looking For

Enjoy working on and repairing mechanical or electrical components.
Comfortable managing significant driving time and working in a field-based role.
Motivated by the opportunity to earn additional income through sales of services or parts.
Ability to lift over 55 pounds with or without accommodation, and to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking.
Experience with automated equipment.

Work Mode

This is a remote, field-based role covering the local Tri-Cities area (Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland) in Washington. Significant daily travel within the territory is required.
