About the Role
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and validate business requirements for enterprise systems. This role bridges technical teams and business units to ensure efficient implementation and optimization of applications.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and IT teams during system development
- Document workflows, processes, and functional requirements
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired system capabilities
- Support testing phases by developing test cases and validating results
- Facilitate communication between non-technical staff and developers
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout project lifecycles
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within enterprise systems
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of software solutions
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Manage changes to requirements using structured change control methods
- Participate in agile project delivery frameworks as needed
- Support user training and system adoption initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of data integration and API concepts
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles in enterprise systems
