Parsons Transportation Group is hiring a Business Analyst – Enterprise Applications to join the internal Salesforce Products application team. In this remote role, you will support all phases of the product lifecycle, release management, and documentation.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and deliver release notes (on a 2-week release cycle) and user training materials.
- Prepare and execute test plans, BRDs, test scripts, and user stories.
- Prepare and document smoke testing, post-production reports, bug reports, and remediation documents.
- Build relationships with internal teams.
- Drive the full process lifecycle (design, testing, implementation, support), gather and document business requirements, and collaborate with various teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence).
- Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Custom platform/Knowledge).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Full UAT experience including QA (unit testing, SIT testing, regression testing).
- Experience using fundamentals of Agile (Kanban).
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Must be a U.S. person.
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management and analysis using Salesforce.
- PMP Certification.
- AI experience.
- BA certification.
