Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, is hiring a Field Service Engineer to deliver hands-on service and aftermarket support for our wind turbine customers. You will primarily work in North America but travel worldwide as needed, performing physical work at height and providing critical support to our claims and quality departments.
What You'll Do
- Perform service and maintenance in wind turbines, involving physical work at height.
- Provide field service and aftermarket support for customers across the region and worldwide as needed.
- Support the claims and quality department on a global basis.
- Write detailed reports from every service or claim job.
- Help coordinate service and claim jobs with the Service Coordinator.
- Help capture new service jobs during office time.
- Upsell spare parts while performing service jobs.
- Carry out training programs for customers when required.
- Help with warehouse tasks, including receiving and shipping goods.
- Interact professionally within the community of the local office and region.
- Handle ad hoc assignments typical in a small office environment.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A strong technical understanding and background.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and share information with peers.
- Ability to handle deadlines and stressful situations.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- A passport, or the ability to obtain one.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
- A commitment to safety-minded behavior.
- Physical fitness for demanding tasks.
Nice to Have
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical environment.

You will work closely with the management team based in Denver, CO.
