Responsibilities
- Deliver expert on-site technical assistance for setting up, testing, and maintaining cryogenic systems and related equipment.
- Act as a technical consultant to clients, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet manufacturer and industry requirements.
- Identify and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and control system faults using advanced diagnostic techniques.
- Reduce equipment downtime by conducting thorough root cause investigations and implementing effective fixes.
- Carry out routine and emergency maintenance tasks, including system checks, calibration, and part replacements.
- Respond quickly to customer service calls and perform accurate, professional on-site repairs.
- Conduct technical training sessions for clients on the safe use and upkeep of cryogenic equipment.
- Encourage adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all operations.
- Generate comprehensive service reports, keep updated maintenance logs, and record equipment service history.
- Share diagnostic results, improvement suggestions, and technical insights with internal teams and customers.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and foster a proactive safety mindset during field operations.
- Keep up with new technological developments and industry advancements to improve service quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of field service experience with industrial or cryogenic systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently in diverse field environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cryogenic pump systems or vacuum insulated piping.
- Certification in industrial safety or mechanical systems.
- Background in high-pressure or low-temperature systems.
