What You'll Do
Support the ongoing operation of Oncology Information Systems (OIS) and Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) by conducting regular maintenance and updates. Ensure software functions reliably in clinical environments to meet customer expectations. Perform on-site and remote installations tailored to each customer’s technical setup, following established protocols to guarantee full system functionality.
Provide training and hands-on guidance to clinical staff, helping them confidently manage day-to-day operations and basic troubleshooting. Promote self-sufficiency by clearly explaining system features and best practices. Maintain a strong focus on safety and professionalism in every customer interaction, adhering to industry and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in computer engineering, information technology, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
- Possess solid understanding of computer architecture and networking principles.
- Have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Bring at least three years of field service experience, with medical technology experience preferred.
- Demonstrate fluency in both Korean and English, spoken and written.
- Show a consistent customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable traveling frequently and working outside standard hours when necessary.
- Be able to operate from a home office while remaining responsive to customer needs.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with computer networking and virtualization technologies will support effective system configuration and troubleshooting in complex environments.
