Smiths Group is looking for a Field Service Engineer - Cargo Inspection System (CIS) Benelux. You will deliver technical service for advanced X-ray cargo and vehicle inspection systems, ensuring their performance and reliability while representing the brand with professionalism.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-energy scanning systems.
- Conduct site audits, manage spare-parts inventory, and support system performance improvements.
- Assist with new system installations, including factory and on-site commissioning.
- Provide on-call and remote technical support on a rotating basis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service operations, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS standards and company quality procedures.
