Teltonika de Chile SpA is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Networking Solutions) to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and clients to provide technical expertise, resolve complex networking challenges, and support the integration of our products into customer IoT solutions.
What You'll Do
- Attend pre-sales and post-sales in-person or remote communication with local market customers.
- Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer configuration, firmware, software, or other sources.
- Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D/HQ and customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and solutions.
