Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service equipment including SoloVPE, FlowVPE, FlowVPX, TFF, ATF, and associated systems, ensuring proper qualification through IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing to validate system performance and compliance.
- Deliver hands-on training to customers on equipment operation, software use, and accessory integration.
- Offer remote troubleshooting and on-site technical assistance to clients and internal departments.
- Record all service actions, fixes, and technical details accurately in CRM and service management systems.
- Coordinate with international field service colleagues and the Field Service Manager to align support strategies and share technical insights.
- Follow GMP and relevant regulatory requirements during all service and maintenance activities.
- Review, update, and help develop service manuals, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Assist with demonstration and loaner equipment programs, including pre-deployment testing and logistical coordination.

Collaborates with Sales, Product Management, and Technical Support units; maintains close coordination with global Field Service Engineers and the Field Service Manager.

- Must be willing to travel extensively throughout Europe.
- Work primarily takes place at customer facilities.
- A significant portion of service assignments are local, supporting a stable and manageable work-life balance.
- Prior experience working in cleanroom environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with GMP or GLP standards is preferred.
