7027 Anord Mardix (USA) Inc is hiring a Field Service Engineer to provide service and support at customer sites throughout the Atlanta area. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of power distribution equipment, from installation through to repair.

What You'll Do

Provide installation supervision, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair work for low voltage distribution gear, transformers, and related power distribution equipment.
Prepare technical reports and test sheets, and monitor spare parts, tools, and consumables.
Maintain and follow safety regulations for the company and specific work sites.
Attend all appropriate site meetings and interface with project management and site personnel.
Provide excellent customer service, listening to and addressing client needs.
Communicate regularly with Project Managers to receive and relay information.
Proactively work to eliminate waste and add value to all processes.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and perform safe work practices.
Adhere to company policies and rules.

What We're Looking For

Education to the Associates level in electrical power distribution or related field and/or 5+ years of similar work experience.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
Ability to use test equipment, including multimeters, current meters, and related devices.

Nice to Have

Military experience.
Data Center or equivalent mission critical system experience.
Three to five years’ experience in the design of low voltage switchgear assemblies/systems and/or power distribution equipment.
Demonstrated experience working with electrical power distribution systems, power monitoring systems, AC/DC electrical power, and communication protocols.
Knowledge and understanding of UL Standards, such as UL67 Panelboards, UL1008 Transfer Switch Equipment, UL10008S Static Transfer Switches, UL60950 Information Technology Equipment, UL 891 Switchboards, and UL 1558 Metal‐Enclosed Low‐Voltage Power Circuit Breaker Switchgear.
