Philips, a health technology company built around the belief that every human matters, is looking for a Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will deliver technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of products and services directly to customers in the field, working under supervision to ensure compliance and high-quality service.
What You'll Do
- Deliver technical support and maintenance services, performing troubleshooting, repair, and installation of products and services.
- Document service activities including diagnostics, resolutions, test procedures, and case status.
- Track and record customer interaction time, parts usage, and service outcomes in real-time.
- Prepare for service visits by diagnosing issues, organizing parts, and formulating action plans for first-visit resolution.
- Assist in addressing customer escalations, complaints, and feedback, coordinating action plans.
- Execute service tasks in the field using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Support business growth by identifying potential sales opportunities or value-added services during field visits.
- Expand knowledge of assigned products and services to improve service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service within Engineering, Medical, Science related environment or equivalent with Vocational Education OR no prior experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
