Unlock your potential, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice counts, and every contribution builds a healthier world. # Job Description Responsibilities • Perform timely and precise preventative maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system to ensure optimal patient care delivery. • Cultivate strong customer relationships by ensuring clear communication, swift problem resolution, and thorough follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction. • Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory compliance requirements; meticulously document all work performed, including parts ordering. Basic Qualifications • Associates degree, Bachelor's degree, military education, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment • 2+ years of experience servicing medical imaging equipment • Valid Driver's License • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Preferred Qualifications • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted; frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch or squat, kneel or crawl, sit and stand for extended periods. Must also reach at, above, and below shoulder level, flex or extend neck, and demonstrate good hand and finger dexterity. • Flexibility to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
