Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring an EHS Officer to support the EHS Manager in implementing and managing the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) EHS Management System. This role is critical for ensuring operational compliance with JLL, client, and statutory requirements across a multi-site real estate portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Identify national legislative standards and best practices for implementation across all sites.
- Implement JLL's practical, risk-based Risk Management Procedure.
- Support sites in health, safety, and environmental issues, ensuring consistent application of the JLL EHS Management System.
- Assist the EHS manager with Microsoft ERP program promotion, site ERP training, and the planning and execution of drills.
- Ensure compliance with all EHS policies and practices by JLL staff and vendors.
- Collect and report on JLL and client EHS metrics and KPIs.
- Support a program for auditing, measuring, and reporting EHS performance against agreed standards.
- Influence staff, clients, and vendors through effective communication.
- Work collaboratively with site teams to ensure full compliance with all EHS requirements.
- Promote a powerful EHS culture across all sites, including delivering training sessions and holding workshops.
- Manage site safety monitoring system implementation and support the site operation team with key project EHS risk control.
Team & Environment
You will support the EHS Manager and report directly to them as part of the EHS team.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Suzhou, Jiangsu.
