What You'll Do
Act as a key administrative support contact for Boeing's airline customers, delivering on-site and remote assistance in Istanbul. Serve as a cultural liaison, offering guidance on local customs and practices to visiting personnel. Manage day-to-day office operations in the absence of Field Service Representatives, ensuring continuity and professionalism.
Log and resolve facility and equipment issues by coordinating with Facilities Management and external vendors. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, vendor access, and safety compliance through regular inspections and corrective actions. Translate documents as needed and maintain accurate records of site accounts, OEM manuals, and facility documentation, ensuring version control and audit readiness.
Support customer satisfaction by building strong relationships across Boeing teams, customer organizations, and third-party partners. Escalate technical concerns appropriately and maintain confidentiality in all communications. Prioritize tasks independently and respond proactively to evolving demands in a fast-paced operational setting.
Requirements
Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills, along with proven organizational ability and attention to detail. An Associate's degree in Administration, Office Management, or a related field is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tracking systems is essential. Demonstrated experience working effectively in multicultural or dispersed teams is important, as is the ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and initiative.
Must be able to work additional hours when necessary and willing to travel as needed. The role requires adherence to Turkish labor, immigration, and airport security regulations, with no visa sponsorship available. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with an expectation of full in-person presence. Flexibility to adjust working hours during peak periods and readiness to travel when required are part of the role’s expectations.
