Responsibilities
- Drive year-over-year sales growth in a designated region by strengthening relationships with retail and wholesale clients
- Hold routine face-to-face sessions and training events with current customers to expand business share
- Evaluate local market dynamics and customer behavior to uncover new sales prospects
- Support sales leadership in shaping and implementing regional sales plans
- Organize a weekly travel itinerary aligned with regional strategy and personal objectives
- Promote successful product rollouts and marketing campaigns by coordinating digital and in-store materials with partners
- Coordinate attendance at client-facing events including NCAA basketball, Major League Soccer, and BMW Performance Driving School

- The initial phase includes a six-month training program, primarily virtual, designed to deliver in-depth knowledge of the tire industry, company operations, sales approach, and customer base.
- Training will feature cross-departmental exposure, hands-on project work, enrollment in sales and management courses through top external providers, and, when feasible, field travel with current sales managers for real-world experience.
