Milacron Marketing Company LLC is hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring expected revenue and customer satisfaction goals are accomplished in your assigned Mid-South USA territory, serving customers in the plastics injection industry.
What You'll Do
- Achieve the Sales Revenue Plan in total, by sales group, territory, focused product categories, and by customer.
- Routinely travel to visit all assigned accounts, demonstrating required work ethic, organization, execution of business planning, and in-person customer impact. Estimated travel is approximately 75% monthly.
- Negotiate customer deals and contracts.
- Use logic and insight to solve problems and create effective solutions; analyze root causes; make timely decisions under tight deadlines and pressure; determine opportunities and threats through comprehensive analytics.
- Support team efforts, cooperate well with others in pursuit of team goals, build group cohesiveness, create strong morale, and share wins and successes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or four to five years of experience in Business Administration or Marketing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years in an outside B2B field sales role, preferably within a technical or capital equipment sales industry.
- Experience in the plastic extrusion and/or injection-molding industry.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Extrusion Aftermarket & Extrusion OEM Sales team.
Work Mode
This is a local-country role based in the Mid-South USA region.
